The test results are in and they are… actually rather ok
This morning I had my InBody checkup done to check the December damage. I must say, I was quite surprised by the results. It looked better than I expected. A total score of 90 out of 100. Quite subjective, but still happy with it 🙂
My blood pressure was almost by the book, 127/83. My blood pressure has always been OK, also when I am pretty stressed out. So not too much worries there. My percentage body fat was the issue, at least I thought. But it was lower than expected: 15.2%. So looking at my 12% goal by spring, that should be totally doable!
I need to work on my leg muscles and get rid of my belly fat. But I actually already knew that. And for some reason my body fluids are quite low, and I am on Creatine at the moment. Weird.
So to sum it up:
- Keep on doing HIIT (interval training)
- Do more squats and lunges 😐
- Some extra crunches
- Drink more
